We are frequent travelers and we’ve never experienced such exceptional service as in this hotel. The property is stunning and has so much history and the staff is very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast and location were brilliant. Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!

So a big thank you to everyone. Bed was lovely and comfortable and quality of linen very good. The breakfast was so very plentiful with lots of choice to cater for every taste. So if your plans change and you don't want to party in town you can on your doorstep and not worry about the journey home and have a great breakfast in the morning. Staff were lovely, friendly and transport was right by the hotel.

Situated in the city centre, it provided easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hubs. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy and the spacious living areas were perfect for relaxation. The WIFI was really fast and I enjoyed having a hot chocolate and watching a movie!
