Everything you could need , spotlessly clean,nice touches added like coffee, milk,biscuits and even small bottles of wine . Bed was the most comfortable we have ever had anywhere we have stayed, there was a welcomed fan as it was very hot while we were there , even the hairdryer was a good one , Kerry was very obliging when we asked for early check in , overall a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again .

The hot tub, sauna and steam room were all redeeming qualities and Were the best part of our stay. The greeting staff when being seated in the dinning hall were exceptional and extremely apologetic. Reception desk friendly and accommodating although overly multitasking. We were given complementary wristbands for the spa as a result of room change although I wanted to move again but didn't want to seem bothersome.
