Beautiful location in the New Forest. Lots of scenic roads of course. The restaurant was exceptional. We invited friends for afternoon tea and it was delicious. We also dined in the restaurant - superb! Breakfasts were great.

Great location, in a beautiful and quiet area and next to a Coop which was extremely useful. It is very close to all of the main sights in the New Forest. Lots of parking, enough for 3 cars all off the road. Toilet roll, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and dish washer tabs were all supplied which was really useful! The house was clean and comfortable.

There were so many locations accross the property to sit and relax or enjoy a drink. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the spa facilities were incredible. I didn’t want to leave after this stay!! Not to mention the breakfast menu was lovely with a delicious vegan breakfast!

It was served in the spacious conservatory with a view of the ponies in the paddock and surrounded by a lovely garden. The host was very kind and helpful. Our room was light and airy with a luxurious and comfortable king size bed . The house was about 30 minutes slow walk from the village, which was very much to our liking. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

This hotel is not huge which is great. Although at full capacity it was quiet. Beds were really comfortable along with beautiful crispy clean bedding. The Spa area was lovely and relaxing, with the hot tub actually being amazingly HOT. I also had a couple of treatments in the Spa, wow, they were amazing thank you ladies.AAnonymousSolo traveller

The room was light, warm, cosy and so comfortable. Could easily have stayed longer had time allowed. We had the suite with the sauna, which was so relaxing.
