The young girl on Reception when we arrived was friendly and helpful. The room was great with amazing views across to Cardiff Bay. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. The girls in the spa were very good and the massages excellent. Facilities were clean. We used the sauna and swimming pool which also met our expectations.
