Amazing stay! Perfect location, short walking distance to city centre and all of the shops. Clean and spacious room, breakfast service was fast and food was delicious. We also used the pool and hot tub which was a nice extra to relax. Car parking was easy and felt secure. I would recommend staying here to anyone and will book again when I next visit.

The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Design was modern and well considered. Breakfast was fantastic - a really great selection with lots of vegan and gluten free options. The general design of the hotel was beautiful - the Champagne bar was a nice place to just relax in. Staff were friendly and helpful and the pool/sauna was a lovely addition (if a little on the small side, so make sure you get booked in for it).

The hotel is stunning, couldn’t believe the price we paid for it! Breakfast is well worth getting up for, couldn’t believe the selection. Service was amazing, all the staff were very friendly, calling us “madam” made us feel so fancy lol! The spa facilities are to DIE for, didn’t realise our booking included a complimentary treatment or time slot for the pool/hot tub/ sauna area, what a luxurious surprise. Although the bar is expensive it’s worth sitting down for a drink or two just to enjoy the how beautiful it is.

We loved this hotel. Steeped in history the atmosphere is so relaxing. Pure luxury. Our suite was so comfortable. Everything we needed to enjoy the room and our stay. My husband took I’ll during the break and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Kind and made sure I could get things I needed to make him comfortable. We will 100% come back and next time use the spa!

Very relaxed atmosphere, with beautiful Spa aromas flowed through the hotel, All the staff were very helpful, my husband and I had the most amazing hot stone massage. For me though to make this a 5* plus Spa it was missing sauna and steam room, it would of been the icing on the cake to be able to relax some more after our massage but by no means am I marking this down, fantastic stay.
