We have been to jersey 4 times in total but we will always book this hotel now. It was a lovely surprise to have an upgraded room, this is similar to the room we had the time before fabulous to have the balcony. The breakfast was once again good quality produce and service. We had a relaxing time in the pool and spa area too!

The staff are warm and friendly. This is not a plush spa hotel - that's not what you're paying for. If you need a comfy space with warm staff, a clientele that clearly loves to come and eat there this is the hotel for you. It's an excellent price.

Hotel provide a shuttle service to the town centre and stops for town circular service are right outside the hotel. Spa is excellent, pools for all, steam room, sauna and delightful outdoor patio and garden to lounge in in sunny days. A very wide choice at breakfast.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, I highly recommended! Lovely relaxing spa pool as well as a steam and sauna. Good breakfast. Loved it!
