The initial room I was given was not what I expected and so I asked the receptionist for an alternative room and they did so right away. The new room was spacious and had a nice view of the golf course. The breakfast was very nice. The staff at the pool area were very nice too and the pool and sauna were great.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was great lots of choice. Staff could not be more helpful especially the staff in the dining room at breakfast time. Only disappointment was we booked a spa day which was nice, it included afternoon tea which was ok but definitely not worth £21.95 they charge. Cakes were bought in and not great, sandwiches were nice but no savoury sausage roll or quiche. Could be improved, though scones were made in house and were very nice.

Friendly welcome on arrival, all the staff at the hotel were great and really helpful (reception, bar, breakfast room, spa). Spacious, comfortable bedroom. Pool at the spa was bigger than I had expected and also enjoyed the sauna and steam room, which guaranteed a great sleep.

Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is very peaceful and calm and a perfect place to relax. Food was lovely and beautifully presented. The spa is lovely and a hidden gem. The massage and treatment I received was amazing. Room was lovely and clean and could do with a little love in places but did not in any way spoil my visit.

The facilities are excellent. The swimming pool and sauna are what would be expected in a spa facility. The bed was comfortable. The location is ideal for some quiet rest and relaxation.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well organised. The kitchen and living room were the perfect size for our group and meant we had space to stay in when we weren't feeling like going out! The hot tub was wonderful, clean and big enough for the whole group and the outside space in general was perfect for warm evenings relaxing outdoors together!

Very attractive reception area. Huge bedroom, with excellent comfortable, large bed, nice clean bathroom with separate bath and shower. Massive tv. Fridge in room. Perfect swimming pool, sauna and steam room, all just the right temperature. Nice breakfast included in the price we paid. The staff were all very professional and friendly. The parking was free and right next to the entrance. I think it was good value for what we paid. We felt so relaxed (what more could you ask for) and it was all very calm.
