Used the spa facilities which was very nice and relaxing . Ate in the restaurant Sunday dinner and had breakfast next morning . Very good . Sandsend a short walk I would definitely return again .

We were given a room upgrade on arrival as it was my husbands birthday. Breakfast was lovely and the spa facilities were great. Very relaxing and quiet hotel, couldn’t hear any noise from other guests. Location was nice and peaceful but within easy reach of Whitby and Sandsend.

Cosy underfloor heating, plenty of space and loved having a separate upstairs bedroom.

Relaxing Spa and Sauna downstairs well worth a visit. We'll located in a country setting for Whitby and other coastal resorts and out onto the Yorkshire Moors. Would certainly go again.

Quality bed linen and towels were provided, and the welcoming items of tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps, etc. were a nice touch, as were the christmas tree and decorations, for a December visit. It would have been perfect for a cosy, relaxing break on the coast.

I had expected the 'cosy' room to be a bit cramped but it was clean, smart, spacious and very comfortable. We only stayed for one night but it was very pleasant, we enjoyed a relaxed evening and had an excellent breakfast.
