Spa facilities were great with sauna, steam-room, indoor pool and amazing view from the outdoor jacuzzis. Breakfast was great, saw some complaints about having to pay extra for hot foot but thought there were loads of options for what was included in breakfast without hot food!! Saw loads of bad reviews but personally not sure why, we had a great stay - do not let it put you off.

The location was perfect, close to loads of restaurants and grocery shops. Breakfast was included and very decent for the price and you could choose from a list the night before. Having use of the offsite spa was also a great touch, changing rooms were ok, but the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were all clean and very relaxing

We were so impressed with everything from the beautiful room, the wonderful breakfast choices and the friendly staff. We will definitely visit again! The spa facilities are only a short drive away and we had access to the gym, the sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The location is perfect for walking, visits to Bowness and other local beauty spots.

The sauna and steam room are very overlooked so not very private or relaxing but they do the job. The outdoor hot tubs provided a nice view of the lake and did feel relaxing- when not too crowded.

Very relaxing and would recommend, lovely in the outdoor heated pools, steam, sauna and swimming pool. Great food, in the resturant, Burlington's, small cosy bar to chill out in the evening, and a few games you can play. Loved the snug room that gave the kids their own chill out space and the huge garden perfect for the dog. Close to both Bowness and Windermere, great location.
