Upon arrival we were greeted by the very kind and courteous Marianna who is indeed an asset to the hotel. Recently built the hotel is located 5-10 mins from the Shino lift and they offer free transfers which is great for tourists. Well appointed rooms and comfortable. During breakfast we were greeted and assisted by the very kind Kapa who is a delight. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna located in the premises. Def a must visit and we shall hopefully return soon as well. Lastly the hotel driver responsible for transfers is also very nice and helpful.

10 out of 10 for everything – apartment, views, location, facilities, staff, service, cleanliness, beds and even the snow in April! The apartment is stunning, beautifully warm and cozy! Astonishing views of the mountains from the balcony. Beds are super comfy, location is great – literally you can ski into the building from the slopes. The host is amazing – helped us to get ski instructors, advised us on best restaurants, thank you for organizing a transfer from the airport to Gudauri. The staff is very helpful – Levan is a star! Fantastic place – will be back again!

We recently stayed at this apartment in the Gudauri and were very impressed with the experience. The apartment is located in new Gudauri near most important funiculars, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. It's perfect for skiing lovers. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking meals, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to our messages and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided us with recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
