best positive is: close to the beach apartments are new and tidy everything was clean umbrellas for free ;) u should borrow paddleboard or floats for free too. close to restaurant just 10m by walk grocery shop around 100m by walk i recommendent to stay here :)

Very comfortable accommodation for both couples or families with children. Everything you need was there, surprisingly even a coffee machine with capsules. The house is new and modern, clean and in a good location very close to Split and in a good beach area. If you drive a couple of kilometers by car, other places worth seeing and beaches are not far at all. The host was very friendly, communication was quick and efficient.

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful place! We arrived in the dark and the taxi driver was surprised that he had to drive up such a high mountain :) Nina, the very friendly owner of the villa, was waiting us with fruits, candies, cookies and welcome champagne. She introduced the villa… swimming pools with a view of the sea worth a million, swallows sitting in a row on a wire, a jacuzzi, an infrared and Finnish sauna, a kitchenette where you can cook your own food and enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace. It is a place to enjoy peace and quiet, as only the chirping of cicadas could be heard. We really liked the privacy because the villa is only rentid out to one group at a time. This mountain village has amazing views, you can eat in two restaurants, where it is worth reserving a place and, for example, admiring the sunset. It is also possible to order pizza at home. Nina and her daughter Ema shared so much warmth and hospitality that we definitely want to go back there ourselves and we recommend others to do the same! An unforgettable experience is guaranteed!

Incredible balcony with a sea view. Apartment very comfortable , cozy with everything needed for a really good experience . All kitchen tools are there to cook and space to store some food . Cloth washing machine available and ready to use . Really great comum area with snooker , dards and awesome private sauna and jacuzzi area that we can book only for us. Private beach in front of the apartments with chairs to use for free. Very good accesses to split by car or public transport . Quiet area without any noise , very calm , but at the same time near to split. Supermarket just 1 minute walking. Hosts with great communication and very helpful . Everything perfect ! We really recommend it !

Everything was perfect in the house. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, right on the beach, good location. Daria and Antonio who manage the property were great- available by WhatsApp to answer any questions, but completely unobtrusive (they live somewhere nearby in village)

It was a very nice penthouse ,very clean and with plenty of space. The jacuzzi was perfect and the view was amazing. Our host was very helpful. We were very pleased with this property and we would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was very nice, cosy and clean. The owner is a very nice guy who speaks english very well, so we were able to communicate everything we needed. The terrace was extraordinary - big, with a beautiful view, big table, sunbeds, electric grill and lots of space. The beach was not very far away from the apartment and it was not overcrowded. It lacks some trees which could be nice to cast some shadow.
