The apartment was beautifully decorated. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, making it the ideal base for our family (2 adults and 2 children) to explore Killarney, Muckross House and lake, as well as the surrounding areas that included Inch Beach, Minard Castle and the gorgeous Dingle town.

Very warm and welcoming feeling with the fireplace buring at the reception on a cold December afternoon. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also super with lots of options. Overall a great experience!

Quiet, calm, easy going atmosphere where you have a great choice of rooms to relax in. Front of house staff were very welcoming. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna and pool are lovely. Billy and Prem were extremely friendly and helpful. The Spa was exceptional as was the massage therapist. The hotel got a swimming pool and sauna, didn't get to use it but good to have it for guests to use. The bed was extremely comfy, we had two great night sleeps!

Nuria was fantastic and she did my facial and hot stone massage. It was all so relaxing and rejuvenating. I hesitated about going into the hydrotherapy pool but am so glad I put my hesitation to one side. It was glorious, warm, great jets and you just float. The changing area was clean and private. Plenty of space within hotel, lots of different relaxation rooms, hot tub was great, food lovely, and breakfast room a lovely setting. Very compliant with covid rules. But most of all staff were all so lovely, friendly, helpful and obliging. Well done all... Can't wait to return to this lovely hotel and another relaxing break.
