This hotel is simply majestic. The foyer is magnificent, and it smells like flowers and essential oils. We were greeted warmly, the book-in procedure was swift, and then our room was upgraded for free. The upgraded room was amazing: 2 flat screen TVs, a comfortable lounge area, a huge bed, a walk-in closet, an enormous bathroom with a deep bathtub - it was absolutely luxurious. Room service was excellent and the meals high quality. I especially enjoy the variety of breakfast and the excellent service. What a wonderful experience. Thank you!

I love the foot spa downstairs and bath in my room to soak my traveled body, I look forward to this every time I stay. I always use the steam and sauna in the morning before breakfast so I let them know and they accommodate me with putting it on early. I always stay here because the staff are so friendly and it feels like Im at home. I feel Im no longer a guest but family.

Location wise, super close the the airport (Uber cost us £1.50!) and we had a great night out at the World Mart, a 5 min walk away.

The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Very good choice of breakfast, especially loved the omelettes and pancakes. Honestly I didn't expect the hotel to be as nice as it was and in my opinion deserves a higher rating. The hotel is almost on par to JW Marriott in terms of luxury.
