Though they couldn't prepare twin beds, they changed right away at the moment of my check-in. I reserved exclusive room but first allocation is not same like picture, however they changed room right away as well. 2 ladies enjoyed to stay 3 night in exclusive room, good space to have big bathroom, closet, table for make-up, small sofa, nice bed.

The sauna is great, they have also a gym well mantained. The most important though was the location! Near a lot of shops, restaurants and 20 meters distance from the subway from which it only took us 6 minutes by subway to get to the Dome! We will come back for sure. We were treated to a glass of Prosecco and aperitif which in the lovely bar. We also spent time in the spa. The room was peaceful and the bed very comfortable, we had a complimentary minibar. It was spacious and relaxing, everything provided. The staff were lovely and their communication was fabulous from start to finish. Myself and my husband left very happy but also disappointed when our stay came to an end. We were lucky to have upgraded our room- hot tub bath, sauna and round bed- were a real treat- I highly recommend it.
