Most important the staff is excellent- they are extremely friendly and accommodating -helping with everything from spa appointments, restaurant reservations and anything else you could need. It was our first time in this hotel but we surely will come back. The hotel is located right at the sea opposite Skansen and Gröna Lund. Hotel itself is a very impressive looking old industrial building. Very friendly staff and nice facilities all in all. The best thing however, was the water bus stop right at the front door. We used the water bus lines to make sight seeing trips around the city and to get ourselves to city center. The water buses were a really convenient way to move around.

The room was cosy, with lots of useful items such as hangers (many), shoe-horn, sockets everywhere, a mini-fridge and tea set, even an ironing board and iron! Everything that might be useful when travelling was there. The bed was super comfortable, the toilet big with a spacious shower... Just perfect.
