The hotel staff to was extremely supportive and responsive. The facilities were also impressive. From well-equipped fitness centers to recreational areas, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to various interests. Additionally, the availability of daily activities provided ample opportunities for guests to engage and make the most of their stay. One aspect that I cannot overlook is the food. The gastronomical experience at buffet surpassed my expectations. The diverse and delicious menu offerings were truly a delight to the taste buds.

We loved Rixos premium Belek. As we arrive cold sparkling vine and chocolate strawberries were ready. We had personal checkin and facility expert dedicated to us Janine and Doğan took care of everything. Heated huge pool was very beautiful. Service to the poolside was timely. Great smiling staff has been always helpful. Alacart restaurants were amazing. Fine food and great service. Room service was everyday and personalized. Zeliha was great and did a great job every time I asked for anything. Room was beautiful and very functional. Restaurants for everyday lunch and dinner were out of this world. There was a bar overlooking at the beach with everyday different live band which was so fun. Aqua Zumba and all sport activities were amazing. Kids club was great. Can’t say enough. We thought we were in a different dimension. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation. ❤️❤️ ❤️I

Ela excellence was just an amazing experience, I was afraid to change hotel that I always go their, but I found that it is the right decision to change because it is 100% better in everything food, rooms, staff.., when I arrived I was surprised that I have two assistants Sude and Metin to assist my vacation days and nights, everyday they send me on whatsapp the scedule of the day to not miss any detail in the hotel which is a very important thing. If I need anything in the hotel I just send message to Sude or Metin, the service will be done in less than 5 minutes😁, they were very helpful and kind persons. I realy love this hotel and I recomand it with all my forces. Thank you ELA EXCELLENCE, thank you Sude, thank you Metin for all your kindness. I will never forget this experiece and I am sure to visit it again.

Many bars and snack bars, a lot of options for food. Spa and massage is a must. Enough to entertain whole family during the day. Would still recommend this hotel, but when its warmer.

I have very strict diet due the recent surgery I have had but I was surprised by meals diversity even for me. Beautiful garden and territory. Staff are very friendly and polite. The lobby of main building is very comfortable work space. There are So many pools, saunas. They have +16 relax pool which cool!!! The beach did not impressed but was cleaning all the time. I plan to send my parents here! They will like it 100%.
