We were upgraded to the top floor which had an insane view and a bath overlooking the river. The bed was super comfortable and we felt relaxed throughout. Its about an hours walk along the river to the caves which was a lovely way to explore the city.

Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.

I had dinner at Mingyue Restaurant and the food was exceptional, very well done chef and waiters! Pet's Paradise is a must to visit, animals are kept very well and the guardian will introduce to you each and every one of them. He really takes good care of the animals.

He helped me to sort out my flight issue during the stay and he was very patient. There is a lady duty manager who can speak English, is very helpful and friendly too. The hotel got a very good view of Yangtze River. Fitness Centre is nice and big, facing the river.
