This Hotel is amazing, staff and facilities are excellent. Accommodation was self catering, spotless clean, pools are great and loungers were so comfortable. A very friendly and welcoming resort. We will definitely be returning.

There is a chill out area with a Balinese Bed and sun loungers which looks out to the sea. You will also find a garden and terrace, as well as a gym and Wellness and Beauty Centre. The outdoor pool, heated in winter, has a small adjoining dynamic pool with a little waterfall and water jets. From the welcome I received from reception and the bell boy (that's what he called himself) to the chocolates left on my bed every evening, I thought the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and I didn't tell them and they surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake. I loved my room. it was so quiet and peaceful. It was like an oasis. I was there off peak so I don't know what my experience would be like at peak times. The floral smells from the gardens were amazing. Everywhere someone was cleaning and working. Breakfast was amazing. The choice superb. One of the reviews I read before staying here said the evening meals were limited so I didn't choose half board. However, I did use the restaurant one evening and OMG! the quality of food was amazing. The price brilliant. I ate stuff I'd never tried before. I understood what the review meant in that it's not the typical functional spread with everything laid out. There's lots of stuff laid out but you get to choose the starter and the main in addition to this from about 3 different choices a day from a menu which is then made to order and then brought to you. I loved it. My steak was divine. But I like food that's been prepared with extra detail and flair and is an experience to eat over functional style self-service eating. And you can eat those dishes how many times you want. If you're looking for Indian or Chinese takeaway type food and burgers and chips and tapas etc there are plenty of those places at Playa del Carmen which is 35 min walk away. I went and ate at a lavish looking restaurant on the strip that a friend recommended and paid double for okay food. I actually regretted leaving the hotel! If you're looking for a secluded stay where you're treated like royalty and fine dining come here. I was given five star treatment at a five star boutique hotel.

The adults-only Lani’s Suites de Luxe has a beauty centre and massages are offered. There is also a café, where children are welcome. The setting, the views and the landscaping were outstanding. The staff was excellent.

All the staff was professional and welcoming and friendly, actually. The place is wonderful - the location, the breakfast, the pools, the peace and quiet. Would strongly recommend it!

The host, Carlota, met us at the reception desk and walked us over to our villa to show us around. The fresh bread baked daily smelled very good every morning when we woke up. The pool was private.

The recently renovated Donna Suite is situated in Arrecife, near Playa Del Reducto and Playa del Cable. Featuring sea and quiet street views, this apartment also comes with free WiFi. The apartment has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Basically one block off the beach with a designated below ground parking spot around the corner. Pleasant ambiance. Very close to a lot of restaurants and stores.
