The lovely old building and its beautiful setting, the wonderful breakfast, the gardens, the swimming pool... but above and beyond all of this are the warm and welcoming people who are at the heart of Les Carmes. They make you feel right at home. We were sorry to have missed Pascal this year, but Minna's and Marion's presence certainly made up for it. The apero à 19h was a success thanks to them. Located between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, Le Confidentiel Hotel is located in the Valescure district of Saint Raphaël and just a 10-minute drive from the beach.

From September 2021, the private SPA of the Confidential Hotel will be open, by reservation and at additional cost. It will have a swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna. We appreciated very much the flexibility of the host to check us in after 11 pm and for having waited for hs to arrive. The area is very clean and the loocation very beautiful and quiet. The hotel itself has been beautifully renovated, room was big and very clean. There are plenty of options for breakfast. Staff was very nice and friendly. We checked in with our dog and we didn't have any issues.

Very well sorted out place, the staff was really nice, we didn't manage to find anything to bother us. The natural park is beautiful and brings alot to the ambiance. As for the rating, Le Hameau, should up there.
