They made restaurant reservations, gave us recommendations about sights and other towns in Puglia, and were an absolute joy to deal with. When we checked in Gioia sat us down at the bar to have a cappuccino (deliciously made) while the valet was parking our car in the garage that belongs to the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel, and strongly recommend it to everyone who is looking to stay in Monopoli.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation provides a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Excellent communication with our hosts and they were very kind in accommodating our flight delay and arranging breakfast delivery. The sauna was a lovely addition, as was the enormous spa bath. A great way to relax after a very stressful travel day. We were only in Brindisi for one night but the location gave us an easy walk to see a little of the city before we had to leave. I hope we can return one day!
