Good location, good breakfast, good basement carpark, spacious room. The bathroom door looks old. No selipar, toothbrush or toothpaste is provided. Floral Park is within walking distance.

Although there is only one restaurant, the food provided for breakfast and the dinner (part of the room package) was varied and excellent. The staff overall was friendly, helpful and responsive. The rooms were decorated in classic style and a small fan helped to keep the air in circulation. The reception area was well thought out and has a homely feel. No problem with parking as there was ample space all around the hotel.

the room was so huge and spacious. we booked an executive room for us. the room was very clean as well breakfast was good. they has varieties to choose from. me and my husband enjoyed the breakfast the location was good too. very chilled place and its very nearby to many stalls too.

The room is spacious with one king size bed and a sofa. Very quiet environment. The fish pond makes me feel relax. All the staffs were friendly and cheerfull all the time. The balcony is a bonus so u can enjoy the view with your loved ones. Breakfast is well served. Only lacked of staff during breakfast

The staff is really good and efficient.. Check in and check out process is fast. The room is spacious & beautiful. All the basic needs like towels, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee tea facilities, safe box and room slippers were provided. The hotel also near to the place to eat, and shopping places. Family mart, laundry bar and place to eat no need to be worry. The breakfast in hotel was served with alot of choices of dish. I love the hotel area because quite and very peaceful. A nice place to relax and rest.

Spacious room, have 2 beds, water heater working well, hot water, have massage chair at the lobby, easy to park car and motorcycle, can add more variety menu of breakfast

breakfast spread is good but need to change variety. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staffs are friendly, Sauna is well working.

Had the most relaxing holiday after a long time. The room was spacious and clean with great views of the Golf Club. Breakfast was superb. Staff at the restaurant was attentive. A shout out for Hussain at the bar. He was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel should think of keeping him as he is such an asset to the establishment. Thumbs up to the F/O team too… we will definitely be back

The Spa staff and the massage were excellent ! Breakfast buffet spread and food at the 18º Celsius café were fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff..
