Everything was wonderful! Even if the staff does not always speak good English, we managed to communicate and have all our needs met. The hotel is simply amazing, the location is wonderful and the food is incredible! I would definitely stay again.

Very clean hotel, the staff is friendly, location is impeccable. Most importantly, very dog friendly! They even have their "animal relationship manager", and provided a bowl with my dog's name on it and a ball to play with. Also the breakfast *chefs kiss* awesome.

We enjoyed warm pool and sauna after all day. It was very relaxing

Due to our exceptional location in the heart of Krakow, the facility has a limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel (prior reservation is required) and a quarded parking lot 300 meters from the facility. Great location. Beautiful hotel and rooms with everything you could ever need. Great bathroom and shower also. Breakfast was also good, lots of choice and fresh.
