The breakfast is superb and the kids club is amazing (lots of games, toys, amenities and very very clean). The is beautiful and the kids pool is so much fun. Room service super fast and delicious.

The breakfast was extensive and top quality in a bright and pleasant room, again with awesome staff service. The pool was in a beautiful setting and was very clean and well-maintained - it was great both for swimming and relaxing beside. The location is good with lots of eating options, massages, markets etc close by, but you will need to catch a tuk tuk to get into the centre of Chiang Mai.

Raya Heritage will be undertaking improvement to Baan Ta Lounge & Lawn restaurant from March 11 – 26, 2024 (inclusive). The renovation work will take place daily between the hours of 10:00 to 16:00hrs. During this period, Baan Ta Lounge & Lawn and Laan Cha Tea Terrace restaurants will be closed and the operation hours for Ai Waan Spa will be changed from 10:00-22:00 hrs to 16:30-23:00 hrs. The restaurants will be reopened on March 27, 2024 and the operation hours for spa will be from 10:00 - 22:00hrs as normal. One of the best hotels, quiet location, professional staff, everything clean and tidy, varied breakfast where you are served. The skills of massage therapists are on the top level, in short words an exclusive paradise. We will come back for sure. Most recommended in Chang Mai.

The homemade jam at the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was good. Overall a good value for money.
