Truly exceptional stay. Would give 12 stars if possible! What a beautiful view from every room. Everywhere was service with a smile. Breakfast variety is just about enough, but the quality is outstanding: free range charcuterie hams, cold pressed sugarcane juice/cold drip coffee, eggs Florentine at the egg station, house-made jams etc. They offered us a free upgrade but we didn't take it because the better room is on 8th floor and the lift only goes up to 6th, plus my friend had a bad back. But they were very kind to show us both rooms and let us choose. Anyway both had the same extra-comfy super king bed, great view and bathtub. The beach is a mere 3 min walk from the lobby. For hotel guests, they offer free beach chairs, umbrella setup, and even one kayak, paddle board and a motor boat if you know how to use it. First come first serve basis. The beach itself is perfection. Fine powdery sand, not too hot on the feet even at noon, and generally calm waves by Phuket standards. Very special compliments to Champ and Kee managing the Nai Harn beach gear at Rock Salt restaurant. Champ made our entire beach experience lovely with his cheerful attitude and helpfulness. When we got into some trouble in the sea with the paddleboard, Kee spotted us immediately and alerted Champ who ran to come help. My friend would have lost her glasses if not for Champ's help! He really is a champ 🏆 Outside the resort, Rawai area has some decent restaurants and 30 min drive to the Old Town/weekend night market. If we come back to stay at the Nai Harn it would be for the fantastic hotel service and proximity to a nice beach. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday!

Staff was pleasant, place was very clean and overall such a beautiful place to stay. Not too far from Kata beach, and night markets. All walkable distances!

We had a sunburn and she gave us some of her homemade aloe vera lotion to ease the pain. For sure we didn‘t ask for that. Generally the hotel is very close to the beach, it’s clean, rooms are big with comfy beds and you get complimentary water/instant coffee every day. We would definitely book the hotel again :). If you stay there, you should spend a day at Surin Beach by the way. It‘s such a beautiful beach!!!! You can easily get there from the nearby smart bus station for 100 Bath.
