Yes, I doesn’t have air con but if you feel hot you can ask for an extra table fan and you’ll be fine. VERY clean, good towels and bed sheets. Everything is great. Helpful staff. The restaurant/common area is super pleasant with an amazing view to the sea. My only complain would be regarding people smoking cigarettes and marijuana in the restaurant — It kinda kills the vibe of the place and it’s annoying to other people. I think they should have a designated area for that.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved every moment of it. The resort's backyard beach, located on Sunrise Beach, was stunning – a real highlight of our visit. Its location couldn't be more perfect. The breakfast was not only delicious but also set the right tone for the day. While the on-site restaurant offered great dining experiences, it was a bit pricey. However, for those looking for more budget-friendly yet equally delightful options, there are several restaurants within walking distance (just a quick Google search away). The staff were the epitome of hospitality – friendly, helpful, and incredibly respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this resort and have no complaints whatsoever. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Bundhaya Villas is 500 metres from Lipe Floating Pontoon and 200 metres from Military Camp. Facilities really great, lovely location. Massages were amazing.

The property is set 70 metres from Pattaya Beach, less than 1 km from Sunset Beach (Pramong Beach) and 2.3 km from Military Camp. The accommodation offers a tour desk, and currency exchange for guests. If you want to have a digital detox, this is the place to go. Peaceful and relaxing. I had booked for 2 nights but made the mistake of putting in the incorrect date, Daya honoured my 2 night stay, that alone speaks to their character.. Basic. Clean and tidy but what a view. Probably best to leave the heavy suitcase as it is on a hillside and is a little bit of a trek up from thr beach.
