The unit itself was decorated nicely, the linens were of high quality, the staff is expertly trained and skilled to give you quality attention without being intrusive. We hired the sunset sail. The skipper and first mate were very professional.

It features a 9-hole par 3 golf course, on-site spa, and 525-foot fishing pier. A beautiful large area with many activities and a beautiful beach. It is a pity that I was not able to take advantage of all this, because I was only passing through for one night.

Everyone was very nice and the pool is awesome. It’s a little paradise. We would love to come back some day!

From the moment you enter, the experience invites you to enjoy the views and the wonderful atmosphere. The staff is attentive and friendly, they welcome you with a glass of bubbly wine and water. Theo was especially friendly and charming, he showed us the way to our room We enjoy the 148 veranda room with back door directly to the patio with a lovely ocean view the cleanliness, details and spaces of the room and bathroom were perfect The bed has the best mattress (No so much the pillows) Very nice common spaces with varied activities for the whole family and tastes (the little beach is no so great to swimming but you can spent the day very calm and relax with the sun and beautiful views) The restaurant has very good selección, the food is good size and good quality made at the moment Dinner outside with the sunset is wonderful! Stephany has very nice attention! The breakfast was good too and Estefania was exceptional with the attention at the restaurant

Location was fantastic! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the water and boats passing by. We appreciated that we were both right at the hub of Key West, and that Pier House felt cozy and separate from the hubbub. The resort was gorgeous--the landscaping was lush and beautiful. We loved having private beach access, beach loungers, the warm pool, the fitness center, the hot tub. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated all the dresser drawers and counter space for our belongings. We had a delicious breakfast at One Duval. We liked the live music. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to check in early and check out late.

It boasts a full-service day spa and an outdoor pool featuring views of the water. Loved absolutely everything! The property had so many unusual nooks with fountains, plants and sculptures and it all felt very intimate and you never had a feeling of a crowd scene. The property was super clean and well maintained and the night lighting was fantastic plus the staff was great! I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset.
