It offers a quiet location with hilltop garden that has beautiful bay views. The staff like Linh and Viet and the family team go extra miles for their guests and very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't fault this hotel, had originally booked in for 1 night but extended to 3 nights. It's extremely quiet here. We went for dinner one evening and were the only people in the whole restaurant over the hour 7-8pm. There isn't much to do in the area. Pool area at the top is really nice and staff are very friendly. Rooms were clean. Only odd thing is that there were nearly more staff than staying in the people in the hotel which is probably reflective of the time of year. It was great for us though as service was so quick as was the WiFi 😁 Shower was great, nice selection for breakfast too.

Well organized and good communication before the cruise regarding transportation etc. Very helfull staff, Tommy offerering help with our transportation after the cruise, since we where not going back with the shuttle to Hanoi.

A wonderful experience on HaLong Bay. Something everyone should do, and this boat really was special. The food was 1st class, cabins were very luxurious and the bathrooms were really wonderful. Staff exceptional.
