The staff was very helpful and service oriented. We were grateful that they helped us sort out a way to get to our room after normal check-in time. After a long trip and many delays on the way this felt very smooth. The room is nice and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. We didn't spent much time in the hotel but went to their beach restaurant in the lake. It was nice as well.
