Just pack warm clothes because nights can be freezing cold even in April. The house will keep you relatively warm and there was enough hot water for us four. We loved the place!

Close to Grand Canyon National Park. Home was very well maintained. All basic amenities for a comfortable stay were provied. The full size kitchen was nice. The weather was cold during our stay. Heating and Hot Water worked well. There was prompt communication from the hosts from the initial booking to the completion of way. Information was timely provided.
