Lots of space, washing machine, good size kitchen with large refrigerator, very comfy beds, very quiet with good views out front and back, great dining room, close to Gmunden and a beautiful area by the lake. Easy communications with owners, easy check in and check out. Loved that most of the windows had screens!!! Thank you for that. I would stay here again for sure.

Location is mind-blowing! Hopefully we can go back once in summer too, but the house is perfect in winter as well. The fireplace is stunning! Underfloor heating gives such high-end comfort too. This house is setup for relaxation, while you can have fun in the playroom downstairs too. Swimming pool, barbeque facilities...so many things, that it's hard to list them all! Ohh, almost forgot the sauna! Once it has a plunge pool for the sauna, then it'll be the ultimate destination!

The hotel was easy to find with the car and the check-in was also pretty easy. There was no staff at the reception but we could pick up our keys from the counter. The room was comfy and spacious for 3 persons with 2 showers in the room! The breakfast was very nice and everything was available and tasty. The staff was friendly!MartinFamily with young children

We especially liked the balcony overlooking the garden and the trees beyond, listening to the stream and river in the background. The house is looked after with passion and care. Warm welcome by Brigitte. We also enjoyed its location. Although we travelled by car, we also made use of the small village station “Steinkogl” that is within walking distance. Good train connections to and from starting points of hikes and e.g. to Linz. Sadly, we couldn’t stay longer!

Speaks English, friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast! The B&B is located in a small village between Gmuden and Hallstatt and was very convenient for hiking and returning in a car.SariFamily with young children
