We loved the Purple house! It is wonderfully located. It was impeccable upon arrival. We found the house very comfortable. Everything we might of needed was available! Internet worked perfectly! We enjoyed the little back patio very much! The house is very well ventilated, the kitchen perfectly equipped for a few days stay. We would happily rent it again on a future trip.

It is recommended to rent a car to get to know the islands. We are a family of four and we loved staying at the house. Having the private pool was great. It is not very big but it was a good size for us. Our two girls enjoyed it very much. The house was nice and clean upon arrival. There is everything you need in the kitchen. We used the BBQ every day. Make sure to buy/bring your own dish soap and laundry detergent to wash your clothes in the washing machine that is available. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are big enough. Having one bathroom outside is really handy. I loved that the neighborhood is quiet. The house is well situated in the middle of the island. You're on the main street in 2 minutes. From there you can get around the island. If you want the experience of living in Curacao among the people, this is your place. The owners are very nice and helpful with whatever you need. We felt at home and were sad to leave. We will surely go back again.

The historical Villa is located in Scharloo, so you can reach most of the sights in the city center in a short distance. And also Piertermaai is only a short walk away. The staff is so friendly and helpful, ask for transfers and handy tips. My room was well equiped. They have a nice terrace for relaxing. The continental breakfast they offer is good.
