Our flight was seriously delayed ( we arrived 3 hours later than planned) and thanks to good communication, and the patience of Oliver, we met him there at 9 on a Sunday night, and he carefully explained where everything was in the property, and our location ( even though it was pitch black). We arrived a tad stressed out, and in 10 minutes, calm was restored. THANK YOU OLIVER!

The rooms, pools, restaurants and general environs were all beautifully maintained and extremely clean. We don’t usually holiday in hotels as we tend to rent cottages, villas etc but this was a totally relaxing experience and has set the standard for future holidays.
