Lovely host& property. Very clean and cosy. We enjoyed the view on Saana, the sound of flowing water, and excellent sauna. There was plenty of space for the four of us and the kitchen was well equipped, enabling us to cook&eat well.

Absolutely stunning cabin with everything you could possibly wish for. Jacuzzi was lovely on a picturesque front balcony, beds amazingly comfy and the sauna was perfect. We came to visit this small village in the hope of once again witnessing the northern lights.... and we seen an incredible show 2 nights on the bounce a perfect location sitting outside on the front. The house was extremely warm even tho outside it was -32 degrees. Loved our stay will book again in a flash!

The cabin was big and spacious and very beautiful. It was clean and the location was perfect. We went on an ice fishing trip but we noticed we needed some tools to fix our equipment. We found all the tools we needed from the cabin which was just perfect. Jon was very fast to answer all the questions we had. Shortly put the cabin was perfect and the value really really good. I would definitely come back!

Even if close to the village and road ypu feel away and there is enough darkness to ser the northern lights from your balcony. This cottage had a sauna and excellent power shower much needed in the freezing temperatures. It had all the mod cons including an electric drying cupboard which is something we have only found in Finland! Located between the village and the lake. We enjoyed the northern lights over our cottage one night. Great place to stay.

Kitchen was well equipped, parking right outside the door, very quiet and calm area. Close enough to walk to the store, walking tracks ec, (even though car might be to recomend) It's a code for the door which makes arrival extremely easy as you don't need a set time. I would book again if I find myself in Kilpisjärvi again.

They told us to return back and not attempt the hike, never heard from them again. And we ignored them and made the full hike. On the other side the sweet ladies from the village called us to make sure we are alright, alive, not lost and need no help. Thank you!
