The location for seeing everything on Skye was perfect. The views from the property overlooking the landscape were beautiful. We were fortunate to have incredible weather and the Milky Way stars at night were an added bonus. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and we loved our 7 day stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly as was the welcoming gifts provided upon arrival. We would highly recommend this property for all the reasons above. Super clean. Great location to visit Isle of Skye. Private. This host has thought of everything. Great decor and special artistic touches. We couldn’t be more impressed. The perfect stay in Isle of Skye, and close to many attractions. This home is more than fully equipped for a long stay. Book this if you can. My wife is an Airbnb Superhost… and she commented that this was the best accommodation, the most comfortable and most complete accommodation we have visited in 6 months of travel.

Fantastic cozy, comfortable, clean cottage. Located within a few miles of the busy capital of Portree BUT away from the crowds. There is a grocery store a few miles away (Co-Op), in Portree. The personal family touches/decor made you feel like you were witnessing a little Scottish history. The cottage is decorated with a lovely blend of old and new with fun touches of the Highlands-local soaps and goods/decor showcasing the adorable Highland cows. Our family of 3 (adults and teenager) thoroughly enjoyed our stay-it served as the perfect base to explore the Isle of Skye. The beds/sheets/appliances are of high quality. The kitchen is very well appointed and it it came in handy because many of the local restaurants we found were fully booked or closed as we were finishing our day/s of exploration. I didn’t recall seeing there was a washer/dryer BUT we were thrilled it did! I actually don’t think the pictures do the property justice….it is surrounded by green with views of the fields for miles. The nearby 2 person pod looks perfect if we were to have had another couple or older children with us-just a stones throw from the house. The host/s were very responsive. They do provide instant coffee and tea BUT there is a French press & Moka pot-just bring ground coffee & don’t forget to try the fresh, local cream. Would love to return. Thank you for the bubbly & treats!

It was absolutely perfect. The cottage is cute and cozy with beautiful landscape around. The short walk to St Columbia's island is enchanting. We felt at home and were sad to leave. Perfect location to visit the isle and a few min away from Portree and grocery store.

Amazing, quiet property, conveniently located with beautiful view from balcony. Furnished very comfortably. Kitchen stocked with basic essentials; nice grocery store about 5 to 10 min drive. We were able to prepare a nice dinner. The showers with multiple shower heads were nice. Strong wifi. Would love to come back and stay here again!
