Villa Giulia was extremely accommodating. Any help navigating the island or recommendations on activities and beaches were readily available. Communication with villa Giulia was efficient and easy. The property itself was a great location located near the most popular beaches and the town center of Ios itself. I would definitely book here again if I return.

Stunning villa on the hill top, breathtaking views! Beautiful little local beach about 5 minute walk away, port about 10 minutes walk. Villa was spotlessly clean, great facilities! Host Maroussa was so accommodating, recommended lovely places to eat and places to see. Always on hand for taxi service which was brilliant! Fantastic host

Maria's view is on my top 3 list for accommodations in Greece!! Giannis, his wife, Marina ,and his mum, Maria, are amazing hosts! They really take care of you, providing you all the necessary advice and support (welcome and goodbye ride to the ferry included...and even to the beach if they are available :) The place is very well located at the top of the hill of Chora from where you have an amazing view on the sunset. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable with everything you need. I can only recommend this fabulous Maria's view guest rooms!

The place is perfect for vaction, calm, clean, decorated tastefully in greek style, with nice terrace and close to the beach. There is a bar at location where you can have a good breakfast, have a coffee or drink. The port, restaurants, shops are just few minutes walk. The hostess is very kind, helpful and always smiling, so You really can feel relaxed and enjoy this paradise 😊 We hope to come back there one day 😊
