Our stay at Dora’s place was just amazing! We felt like being at home, in a place really well designed, where every single item was thought of, and not only we felt that we had everything for our short stay, but we could have imagine ourselves living here. Not to mention that the home was spotless! And the most special part of our stay is Dora and her amazing hospitality! From her warm welcome and treats, to the pies, beach umbrellas and helping out in a way she could. Karya is a really nice location to be based in, close to all western beaches/highlights, while having really good restaurants on the village square. This stay was amazing. Thanks Dora!

The house is very peaceful, stunning views, nice pool, bbq. We made good use of the house. The owners are very lovely people. Helped arrange wine tastings, arranged a mini bus to airport. 5 star service. Very hospitable, gave us some homemade 🍷 wine. We loved our stay so much, we would book and stay for a week, alas we were passing through sailing. The village is very pretty. Has everything you need. Tavernas in the square are all excellent. Owners couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommend!

It's the perfect place for staying. Excellent apartment, with all that you possibly want to have in your own house. Very clean, two bathrooms, 3 rooms for 2 people each, big living room. Excellent place to have a very pleasant vacation with friends or with your extended family.

Karya Villas.... just beautiful, everything was more then we expected. Situated in a beautiful and quiet area, up the hill, the villas have their own parking just in front of the door, it is a two bedroom villa both equiped with air conditioning ( which we did not even use, because the temperature is just right downstairs, you might even need e cover or somthing in the midle of the night) and each with their private bathroom Upstairs is the kitchen, living room one more bathroom and the balcony, that has a nice view. They cleaning the house every 3 days, which is nice. The location is 3-4 min away from restaurants and shops, everything close. Vasilis.. even for the first time i send him a message he was so nice. He called us on the day of our arrival ,but i did not answer so he texted me and asked me if we need any help, but we did not,so we called him when we got close to the villa and showed us the way. He is calm and full of good energy, helping with good advice. In the villa a good bottle of wine,some sweets, fruits and some cold drinks were waiting for us, the jacuzzi pre heated, he showed us how to use it and wished us a nice holiday. He is the perfect host, i have never met anybody so nice and patience. We have been there for 11 nights with our small children and we felt just like home. Btw, my 3 years old daughter got a small juice or two almost every day he saw Vasilis outside, he was so nice to kids. Thank you my friend, happy we met you. I would recommend Karya Villas anytime to anyone. Just the perfect choice.

We stayed here in Karya for a month in April. It is an absolutely cozy, beautiful and clean home with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The pool and backyard oasis was amazing and it was a very relaxing stay. We really appreciated that the housekeeper came to clean and replace linens once a week and she was so kind! The bed was very comfortable which apparently is a luxury in Europe. Though the home does not have a view, the views walking down the street and around the village were stunning. It is about 25-40 minute drive from almost anywhere on the island so that was a plus, and you get the MOST amazing views while driving anywhere from here. Though it was off season, there was a lovely grocery store and a couple of cafes within walking distance to the village. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook several hearty meals on chilly nights in. We would recommend for anyone wanting to get off the beaten path and enjoy quiet nights in a small Greek village.
