We looked forward to it every morning, fresh, delicious and homemade with love.

Dennis was a superb host, very helpful, polite and friendly. We had a problem with our car when we arrived and he went and fetched his dad, who then called his brother and together they help resolve our problem! He had also bought wine, bottled water & fruit for us, so there would be something there when we arrived. The property has all the facilities you need and they even supply condiments, oil, etc for cooking, washing up liquid and washing machine liquid & conditioner! The location was great as it was only 15-20mins into Fira and in a quiet area.

My stay at Bettys house was Amazing, The location and the property itself was perfect for a quick atv ride into town and city centre fira only 10-15 mins the property well kept Bettys daughter was so accommodating and helpful, she sat with e and explained all the places to go and visit as it was my first trip alone to another country she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The personal touches in the home we so thoughtful and it came fully equipped with everything i needed for my stay. She even contacted me to help organise transport too and from the station, it really made the whole journey nice and easy Betty takes really good care of her home and the property looks exactly like the pictures , its honestly a beautiful house in a quiet area with an amazing cute hot tub and fantastic little sun bathing area on the roof, all cute details of the house, with a nice sized living area with everything to make it feel like a home. I had an amazing time here and highly recommend Bettys house to all that visit santorini, fantastic value for money and very well kept.

This villa also includes a patio that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. The villa offers bed linen, towels and housekeeping service.

George & Stella are delightful hosts. They personally take care of the property and meet your every need. My wife and 3 adult children stayed for 4 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The pantry and refrigerator were stocked with snacks, sandwich preparations, and breakfast foods including fresh eggs from his chickens. Then provided more of whatever we were low on. George handled setting up our airport & port transportation which was first class as well as had our rental car delivered & picked back up directly at the house on our arrival and departure. They modified the cleaning time for us since our schedule was to get up early and hit Oia and Fira before the cruise ships docked and we wanted to laze around the pool in the afternoons to beat the crowds. The location of the house is very centralized and give you lots of privacy that you won't have in the towns. We highly recommend staying here as the house is just perfect and George and Stella are wonderful hosts.

    We travel a lot and it was honestly the best place we have ever been! The location was great, it was always quiet and peacefull, so great for relax. Claudio the host was super helpfull, recommended us some great places in Santorini and was 24h available for questions or in case of any kind of problems. A sweet/salty breakfast was served in the room every moring until 10 and we did always get very full with it. All in all if we should ever come back to Santorini we would not think twice and book again Black Stone Villas!!!

    We had a great stay and experience at Agapi Villas , the property itself is lovely it is very clean and well maintained , the pool area is lovely to chill out and relax , the staff are amazing they went above and beyond to help us an make our stay comfortable. Wi-Fi is fantastic no only one the room but all over the property including pool area ect The bus stop is directly up hill from the property which is another massive plus.

    The property is located in a beautiful spot, overlooking the sea and the village of Fira. Exceptional service, the room was comfortable and always clean. Claudio, one of the main hosts, exceeded any expectation. We always felt that someone got our back whether that was for tips, small things that we needed while staying here or connections about activities that we wanted to do. We will for sure choose Black Stone Villas on our next trip to Santorini.

    The property is very clean, the views are fabulous, the villas are spacious and well furnished. It is only a short walk up to bush Fira and a very short walk to one of the best bakeries! The highlight of this property though is the absolutely amazing George- he could not have done more to help our big group have a fantastic time at Lilium. From booking taxis to boat trips, he could not have done more! Thank you so much!

    George and the housekeeping staff were all fantastic in helping to make our stay stress free and memorable. The villas were spacious and had their own private pool and hot tub on the roof. Short 10/15 minute walk to Fira.
