All units here are air-conditioned and feature flat-screen smart TVs in every room, living room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen. Ground floor suites provide private small pool, two ensuite bathrooms with shower. Upstairs suites provide private exterior jacuzzi and one bathroom with shower. All units have hairdryer and free toiletries. A dishwasher, a fridge and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle, toaster and a coffee machine.

Stunning views. Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

His joyful approach to life is truly infectious, and it added a special touch to our stay.Simon was always available to assist us with any requests, and his insights into the local area helped us make the most of our vacation. His dog, Pablo, was also a great companion and added to the charm of the villa. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway.Although we were sad to leave after just seven days, we are already planning our return next year. Staying at Simon's villa felt more like visiting a dear friend than just a vacation rental. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a heartwarming escape!

A great house and a wonderful hostess. The hostess is a wonderful woman and welcomed us in with delicious treats. The house has everything you need for a long stay. Comfortable beds in two bedrooms, a large sofa in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The house has four terraces, from the front two you can watch the bustling life. On the courtyard terraces, you can enjoy the silence on a hammock. Everything has been thought out for a comfortable holiday. There is an excellent beach with clean sand and clear warm sea just 200 metres away. After this trip Greece is forever in our hearts and we will definitely come back!

Wonderful place! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, well equipped with all necessary amenities, it has a nice garden with outside BBQ and dining table, parking space for 3 cars. The view from the terrace is magical the whole day! Big bonus is the roof terrace at the top! The beach is 2 min walking and it is very calm and shallow. The area is quiet, with friendly neighbours (tourists), not far from Nea Potidea, just few minutes driving. We were there for over a week, 5 adults with 2 small children and a gog and we had wonderful time!

Country Village, villa in Nea Potidaea

Country Village is a recently renovated holiday home in Nea Potidaea, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Anthropological Museum & Cave of Petralona is 24 km from the holiday home.

We were here in August 2022. We stayed in a 2 room house owned by this Greek couple - some of the sweetest people you'll meet. They asked us on several occasions how do we feel, if there's anything else we need and were always careful to create a great experience for us. Really wonderful people. Now the house - one room has a Queen sized bed and the other 2 single beds. All beds are very comfortable. The house has its own fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven + cooktop, so you can prepare your meals here if you want. The bathroom comes with a shower and it was very clean. The house is rustic style with its own large yard and it was all ours. There is plenty of space to park at least 2 cars inside this yard. There are also a charcoal grill, a kids swing, a hammock and a large table there. We loved to have our breakfast on the veranda in front of the house. If we come back to Chalkidiki, this is where we'll stay :) At about 1km away there is Agiou Mama Beach - organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, beach bar and reasonable prices.

    I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The apartment itself is really well furnished, not your typical rental apartment. Very stylish and thought out, well equipped and with a superb location. It’s right at the center of the village but also close to the beach! Google maps is quite confusing, it only takes you 7-8min walk to the beach.

    During my recent stay at the 8BoutiqueSuites, I was impressed by the cleanliness, friendliness of the host, and the easy access by car. The property features a private pool and garden, providing a serene and well-maintained environment for relaxation.     The place was great. Great location, peaceful but only a 4 minute drive to the village. Beautiful view right by the sea great facilities the spa was a bonus. The host George was incredibly helpful.

    We loved everything about this villa! It has everything you can even think to need, very well decorated and so comfortable. The location is amazing - close to small towns and within walking distance of a quiet beach. Our host was very gracious and helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here - we'll definitely be back!

    The villa is very clean and spacious, well organized, good sea view and a nice place overall. The host is very friendly and welcoming, he helped us with any problem and he is one of the best! We couldn't have asked for more from this beautiful place, and if we could, im sure the host would make it possible!

    It's a very beautiful villa with a great sea view, and a big and very nice garden and pool. Everything was wonderful, from the beginning to the end of our vacation. The area is quit and relaxing, and the property is exactly perfect for a nice vacation: the garden with olive in front, the clean pool, the villas (with everything you need) , the barbeque area. And the owners are very nice and helpful if you have any problem. I sincerely recommend this place for a nice vacation
