Lovely place! Sweet tiny house (very clean!) with terrace full of flowers where you can just sit, drink some wine and enjoy the beautiful view. House has everything you need, and also very nice outside area with shower and deckchair (nice view again). You don't actually even need to leave it to have a nice time, but location is perfect too. It's located in the middle of resort, there is lot of markets, bars, restaurants around, and nearest beach is only like 3 minutes from home. Host Niky is kind and caring - there was no problem with earlier check-in or leaving luggage for few hours after checking out. For me, one of the best booking place ever :).

This is a wonderful house in a spectacular location. Is it perfect? Not quite. Was it the best holiday property we have ever been to? YES. We didn't want to leave and would love to go back every year. The location is fabulous, with the spacious terrace overlooking the beach and sea, and only 12 steps down to a swim in the beautiful Ionic sea. The house is spacious, and although not super modern, the rooms are very charming, with the quirky tiles and gorgeous door handles. The windows have fly screens and the air conditioning works, should you need it. In the kitchen there are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery, and it could easily accommodate 8 people (we were a family of 4). The beaches and bays nearby are simply beautiful - swimming in the clear blue waters, taking a paddle boat to explore the caves - Paleokastritsa is just a magical place for a holiday. Hot tip: Walk to the aquarium (about 200 m away) to view the sublime sunset each night.

Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, bathroom amenities, kitchen utensils, an iron, towels. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. A wonderful courtyard for children to play and for hosting evening gatherings with friends.We were welcomed with treats upon arrival. It seemed like a small detail, but it was nice to have a snack right away after the journey. Thank you for making our vacation even more enjoyable.

We had an exceptional 9 day stay at Villa Stephanie. The location was a very convenient 5 minute walk into town and beaches. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and private sitting areas. Jane the hostess and her husband Malcom were so warm and friendly. She was always ready to help us with any questions. She was there if we needed her but also gave us privacy. We highly recommend staying at Villa Stephanie.

The value-for-money and cleanness were outstanding and the staff was extremely friendly. Despite not being luxurious, everything in the complex is very well taken care of and (for me) that's much better than false luxury. The swimming pool is well exposed to sunlight the whole day, making it perfect for an evening swimming. If you fancy a walk, the "centre" of Palaiokastritsa is just 3 easy kms away.JoséNetherlands
