this is the Christmas Eve, we had a car accident before arriving at Hvammstangi. These is few hotel or apartment available at that moment when we arrival. We searched booking and found this property, and luckily the owner replied our request very soon. However we had a little bit internet lag during that time, the information email came later. We kept talking through our phones and got the key into the room. This is an unforgettable experience and thank you for all the people who helped us during tough moments.

Third the setup of the apartment, clean , modern, new, quality bedding and amenities, homey, cozy. We really appreciated a truly queen size bed at last and not two little singles together plus a very well equipped, modern kitchen. Last but not the least, a great caring owner with two wonderful doggies! (some horses too)

The space is perfectly used, so the small house is very spacious but also offers anything you might need; the kitchen was also super equipped. You can watch the sunset while having dinner and at night you even have a good chance to see the northern lights from the sofa.
