Host was great at giving us very detailed instructions for getting there as it was out of the way , and google maps does not recognise the adress. Fantastic location to get away from the crowds !

Stunning views! Walkable to the town and ferry station. Spacious, quiet, picturesque. Our host, Giovanni, answered all of my (many) questions with patience and helped us to arrange a driver from Switzerland. He was welcoming, accommodating and helpful.

.All was fantastic! Very quet place where to stay. Apartment so clean and everything in house is good planned for convinient stay. City centre is close and its reachable by walk. Also arround is great hiking paths with georgeous views to mountains and lake landscape. Very helpfull host and nice welcoming.

The location of Bellano was more quiet and local (we liked being away from all the tourist stuff) but train and ferry to the other cities/towns were walking distance. Amazing view with loads of breakfast options in the morning, nice garden, longue chairs to relax in, a hot tub, private beach, you can rent kayaks. We had stayed in room 2 "Bellano" with windows that looked over the Lake and over the sun terrace to the side. It was a great size with everything we needed. Angelo showed us around and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Marco, the owner of the Villa was a gracious and generous host and we truly felt that we had been given 4 days in a haven of luxury and beauty!

Not accessible by car etc. But the climb (30minutes) was worth the effort. Absolutely magnificent views and a very private setting in an olive Grove. It's location is on an old mule track that has direct links to neighbouring villages. Varenna etc. Excellent for walking enthusiasts or just to take the sun at the villa and savour the magnificent views.
