Marta was the most welcoming and friendly host. She was amazingly helpful and always available if we needed any help or advice. The apartment was very comfortable, lovely decor. It was a perfect base for the two of us, very close to the main lifts and fantastic restaurants. Our nearest great restaurant is 15m away. Salt baked fish, fantastico. Our favourite restaurant Ymiltraub only 6 mins walk. Amazing meats cooked perfectly on charcoal BBQ,

the location was great. We wanted ski in, ski out, here we were directly on the slope, with our own ski storage room. Also the size of the apartment was excellent, as a family of 5 there was so much space, and two bathrooms. The mini market at Base Camp was also useful, to get bread and essentials in the morning. The apartment is well equipped, with pans, cutlery, crockery etc.

The view is breathtaking and the balcony gets sun in the afternoon. The location is perfect for skiing, right on the slope to the village and a few steps from the chair of Cielo Alto. There is however a 1k walk to get to the main street in Cervinia. The owner is helpful, always available and a pleasure to deal with. The location is lovely as it's up the hill from the village but this can be a bit tricky in heavy snow. You need snow chains or winter tyres, alternatively you can walk but the walk back up at the end of the day is a bit of a slog.
