Casa Dell’Artista is amazing, everything was prepared nicely by the lovely host Chiara (and I really mean everything from the welcome dinner to all the food in the fridge to everyday breakfast to biscuits+chocolates+candy to beer+wine to beach umbrellas slippers food bag beach hat sunscreen washing machine fans air conditioning microwave oven cooking utensils coffee machine smart TV jacuzzi pool!!! 🤩). We didn’t have to bring anything as everything was already there, we have to collect our breakfast from Pasticceria Manuel though ☺️ It’s unimaginable how Chiara could be so thoughtful to her guests. Location wise, it is walking distance to many tourist spots of Cagliari old town, otherwise bus stop is just 2min walk away. This homestay is a really memorable!

Absolutely exceptional. Beautiful location, in the heart of the historic center of Cagliari, a stone's throw from the city's major attractions, museums, churches, shops of all kinds, countless bars and restaurants. The house has been recently renovated with a large kitchen entrance with smart TV, the room is very quiet despite the house overlooking a street frequented by passers-by and with bars nearby but once the door is closed it is very quiet, the mattress is then really comfortable. Nice completely new bathroom with large shower. The owner was very kind, helpful and very nice. Really recommended!

The house was beautiful and the area was quiet and nice with pleasant neighbors. Close to both a smaller beach and a restaurant. Even though the apartment was a bit outside the city, it was worth living there as there was a bus stop by the road outside the house. The house itself was fresh and clean with the equipment and stuff needed.

Host Luca was amazing. At the first night we managed to lock ourselves out the apartment with all of our stuff inside. Finally we got a hold of Luc. Our nice neighbour Nikola helped us, and finally Luca came to rescue. He was really chill about the whole situation and we were really relieved. He also left a good wine for us and gave us good recommendations where we should go visit and where we could rent a boat etc. Everything after that went smoothly and we had no problems. The apartment is located in the old town and everything is very close by. Would recommend to use GPS maybe on the first day but every street is connected to the main area so you can go what ever street and end up on the main square, where all the shopping and dining places are. The apartment was cozy and equipped with everything you need. Train station and bus station is very close, and the tickets are very cheap, bus ticket was about 3,30€ and train ticket was 1,40€. We took the train back to airport and it was only 5 min. Save your money on taxi and trasfer cars and take the train to the airport.

The location is perfect. We directly felt like home. You get your own cozy house in the middle of the city. One step out from the door and you have 5 min walk to the city center and close to all facilities. Apartment is really clean and the host is amazing. She helped us with everything from paying tickets to the police and give good tips with what to do for fun. You can really tell that everything is made with love. I highly recommend everyone that’s going to Cagliari to stay here. Because we sure will. Btw, thanks for the prepaid postcard! 😍

There is of course not big variety because its small hotel but its far far more tasty than in big hotels. Room design - very nice - modern but cosy. Every day cleanup, very helpful stuff and closeness to Cita Alta make it perfect place to stay in Cagliari. It.s easy to travel by bus to Poetto Beach or take longer trips to Villasimius. Many nice restaurants in the surrounding area. Beautiful view for marina.KatarzynaYoung couple

Also it’s easy to access another places like Villasimius or Pula. Just 15 minutes driving to town, where you can find a lot of options of restaurants. There’s no private parking you have to try parking on the street, wasn’t a problem but in same peaking times were a little trick. Carmen our hostess was amazing and super helpful for everything.
