The host is super helpful, the apartment is very cosy, heating works very well, kitchen amenities are those of a proper 'house' if you know what I mean, the bathroom is brand new, on the other hand the property is so typical Toscan one feels like in a movie while opening the shutters in the morning :) The wifi is fast and the TV screen is big if you would ever need it. The bus stop is literally just in front of the property, windows open you can hear the bus announcement. Very beautiful landscape just behind, belonging to the property, one can have very nice walks with dogs. Don't forget to visit the olives.

What's not to like! This house was so well designed, well equipped, and comfortable. Honestly, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. The bed was that comfortable. The shower is large with lots of hot water and a heated towel rack that actually works.The kitchen had everything from a toaster to a nut cracker! The location was great, near the train station and in the old town. Our host, Giovanni, is the best! He sent us a list of his favorite restaurants and great street food. All his suggestions were amazing. We travel 80% of the year, and believe me, we enjoyed our 5 days in this beautiful home. The attention to detail and design of this home is of the highest standard.

As far as practical things like location, equipment and acces, the house is perfect and the easiest place to stay in Siena when reaching by car: right out of the ztl zone, two steps from the cycling stairs that lead you to the centre of the city. But the most important benefit is the character. Its decoration, atmosphere and everything in it is so genuinely "Siena", that you feel it like a beloved house of yours that you return back. Walls by exposed bricks, objects that show a true love for horse riding and history tellers at the same time, that house has a soul of his own. Last but not least, the kind, discreet owner. She is a beautiful, unique lady!

The host is very nice, good to reach via telephone and whatsapp and welcomed us personally with wine, cheese and Italian salami. What a warm welcome. No hiddin' fees regarding to clean, airco, heating...

    The owners, Cristina and Claudio, are super nice and welcoming. Claudio took us to our villa, helped us with the bags and explained in detail the facilities. He gave us recommendations of activities and restaurants in Sienna and the other Tuscany towns. The villa is spacious and in the nature but close enough to walk to Siena (15 min walk) or take the bus. The kitchen was well equipped and the villa was in general very comfortable with a nice Tuscan touch. I would highly recommend Villa il Borghetto

    Located in a beautiful village. Typical Tuscan stone house. The woman at the reception is very kind and helpful. Nice garden with olive trees.

    Beautiful charming old villa converted to holiday apartments. Done up very well, the house was clean & well equipped. Beauty outlook onto the Tuscan hills. The terrace was a real bonus. Cristina was so very helpful, she made sure we were comfortable in our house and helped organise a day tour to Montepulciano & Pienza for us which was an incredible day. The bus stop to the main historical centre is literally across the road from the villa and you get tickets from reception. So convenient!

    This hotel is in a beautiful villa that overlooks the valley and beautiful Siena skies. The views alone from our room and from the terrace were worth the trip.

    Lovely spacious apartment on the top floor of a beautiful Italian villa. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Fantastic location to walk into the centre of Siena. Gloria was the perfect host.

    Very kind staff and the villa has a gorgeous view over the Toscane landscape! Very cute dog as well around! Big room and cozy bed. Short walk to the center of Siena as well!
