We spent a wonderful week with a family of 5 in this apartment. The house is nicely decorated and well-equipped. There is a lot of space inside and outside. Lovely garden, with a play area for children, plus a jacuzzi and a swimming pool ! House No. 1 has a great view of the sea. Great contact with the host - Federico is very helpful and always present :) To the beautiful beach, La Pelosa is about 2km; in early May, there are no problems with parking at the beach itself. We highly recommend it!

I booked this property for a 3 night stay to be close to La Pelosa beach (15 min drive). The house is much better than in the pictures. Very spacious with everything you need. Although I did not book this house for the pool, we used it a lot because of the very hot days we had in Sardinia when we stayed there. Awesome owners and a very nice experience overall. Thanks a lot for the nice stay we had!

Amazing place!! A home in which you will feel calm and comfortable. Amazing view. Within walking distance are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, as well as cliffs with incredible views. Very kind, responsive owner of the property. Every little detail is provided. There is everything you need in the kitchen that you might need. It’s like I’m visiting my family) Everything is thought out and provided: towels; water; shower gel; washing powder, light breakfast, coffee; even limoncello and ice cream 🤍 Incredibly nice! Very clean, cozy, and stylish. I hope I will have the opportunity to come here again. Many thanks for everything!!! It was the best weekend I've had in a long time.

The position in the harbour of Stintino allows you to find at walking distance whatever you need to enjoy a relaxed holiday, like shops, good restaurants, wonderful small beaches, everything with a local touch and friendly people. From the balcony you can enjoy a nice view on the harbour and the house is fully accessorised. We appreciated a lot the friendliness of our host Laura. She devoted quite some time to us at our arrival to explain the local area and even took us for a tour. We received a lot of information from her, a lovely welcome basket, and a farewel souvenir. Grazie Laura :-) If you want to be more active, Stintino is a fantastic starting point to visit the wonderful province of Sassari and get a full immersion in nature and culture, like the Asinara island and Neptune's Cave or numerous Nuraghe and Necropolis areas.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villetta Giulia, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Patrizia and Costantino, the owners of this charming villa, went above and beyond to ensure that our vacation was unforgettable. From the very beginning, Patrizia and Costantino set the tone for our stay. We had informed them that we would arrive late, and when we inquired about restaurants still open at that hour, their response was, "Don't worry about it." To our delight, they welcomed us with an array of delectable charcuteries, fresh bread, and a bottle of Prosecco! This unexpected and generous gesture immediately made us feel at home and valued. Additionally, our stay took an unexpected turn when a planned pescaturismo excursion fell through, jeopardizing our chance to visit the breathtaking National Park of Asinara. Just when we were on the verge of disappointment, Costantino tapped into his extensive network. Within two days, we found ourselves on a boat, gliding through the crystal-clear waters of Asinara, sharing delightful moments with both the boat's owners and fellow guests. This invaluable experience wouldn't have been possible without their prompt and resourceful assistance. To top it all off, Patrizia and Costantino shared their wealth of local knowledge, guiding us to exceptional dining spots where we savored typical Sardinian dishes and the freshest seafood. Their recommendations elevated our culinary adventure and enriched our overall vacation experience. In summary, Patrizia and Costantino transformed our stay at Villetta Giulia into an experience that exceeded all our expectations. Close to Stintino and nearest beaches in the area: famous La Pelosa, La Pazzona, Le Saline, Ezio Mannu, Coscia di donna. Easy to move from for a visit to the rest of the area.

Wonderful private pool, great views (if you look the right way), lovely brand new kitchen, spacious villa, comfy beds. Coffee was there, dishwasher tabs, washing up liq etc. Really convenient.
