Our host was super nice, arranged a local-style dinner and continental breakfast and also spent a day as our guide in Wadi Shab at a very reasonable price (12 OMR). We enjoyed his company tremendously and the wadi visit was one of the best experiences in Oman.

Breakfast included cereals, omelettes, breads, juice, teas and pancakes. Free tea available at reception all day. Very close to turtle reserve so location for turtles was excellent but there is not much in the surrounding village. Dinner can be pre-ordered here also but there is a restaurant in turtle reserve too.
