I definitely recommend the property for group of friends or families. It’s very spacious, comfortable rooms with 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and a nice garden with a table for outdoor breakfast. Very close to the beach, to supermarkets and to the airport. Desmond is a really nice person, very kind and helpful, he gave us useful recommendations for trips and activities on the island. I’d like to go back there asap! Thank you Desmond for everything ;-)

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Belle Plage very much and would definitely recommend it. The property is located on a very beautiful small beach just by Constance Lemuria golf course. It consists of 3 villas which are very comfortable. They are designed for 2 to 3 guests however we were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we felt it worked well for us. The villas are designed in a smart way and there are a lot of small details meant to make quests' stay even better. Everything is clean and fresh. Even if this is a private small self catering property you get a bit of a hotel feeling thanks to small details like good quality, white towels, everyday room cleaning etc. The kitchen is well equipped and allows for cooking. There are at least 2 grocery shops in a walking distance. The beach is very nice and our kids loved it. It was great to be able to take a swim or just cool down in the calm ocean after our excursions. It was also very relaxing after big waves on Anse Georgette or Anse Lazio. Everything looks exactly as on the pictures. If we ever come back to Praslin we will book it again. This place is usually fully booked so if you see it available don't hesitate and book :-).

Beautiful and comfortable bungalow directly on the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful location, where all we could hear was the sound of the sea. We were impressed with how warm, friendly and kind the owners were, always there in case we needed anything, but at the same time giving us full privacy. The villa was impeccable clean, and maintained so all throughout our stay, daily cleaning and small extra details that made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for booking for us a beautiful boat tour, the car rental and giving us tips of must see on Praslin. We will definitely happily return !!!

The villas are amazing, well decorated and organized, perfect for a Praslin visit. The whole place is very cozy and neat, we loved staying here. The location is good, there are shops and good restaurants nearby. And the villa itself had all the necessary amenities, equipment, electricity adapters and chargers, beautiful deck, overall Villas Coco Beach was 10 out of 10. Also, there is a beautiful area next to the sea where you can watch beautiful sunsets, or swim in the sea if there are no big waves. And the best part of the stay - the wonderful Jenni. Jenni made our stay so pleasant and enjoyable, with all the small and big gestures, fruits, surprises, attention to details, great advice and recommendation during our stay. There are hardly words to express the gratitude and joy after staying with Jenni! Thank you so much!

We loved the entire property, big rooms and a beautiful terrace for everyone you enjoy, the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing and the private sandy beach just for us was unbelievable, a dream! The host was very kind to help us before with all the questions we had! The extra plus was Cathrina who was cooking for us creole food every evening we loved it so much all of us, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended and will return!

the Villas Idea apartment exceeded our expectations. it was really easy to connect with the Host (thank you, Georges, for everything) via whatsapp. Georges was waiting for us at the market and showed us the way to the apartment. there were also fresh fruits provided for us and huge bottle of water :) Apartment is equipped with everything you need: 2 big bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, bathroom. and the most important : it is SO CLOSE to the beach! you literally go on the beach less then 3 min (and we had 2 young children). recommend for everyone :)

The property has 4 apartments in 2 buildings. The owners are living in one of them. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and very spacious. The owner is super kind and taking a good care of the guests. The location is not in the most touristic side of the island therefore it is quite. Grocery stores are just around and also beautiful beaches are in walking distance.

Top location, and very clean villa! We had a magnificent sunset, it was a fabulous stay at Villa Admiral! We even had a souvenir when leaving. They also gave us a pass to Anse Georgette which is a semi private beach.

I am travelling really a lot, but this place is one of the best places I’ve ever been!!! And that is for sure the best places on Seychelles (I’ve been in Mahe and La Digue). Meruska is a wonderful woman she makes everything for you to feel yourself like at home, they have amazing garden, they have small swimming pool, they even have a washing machine (a fantastic bonus to make your clothes fresh). They cook fantastic creole cuisine for affordable money - which is not too spread for Seychelles;) I was really in love with this place, I hope to be back!
