Great location from start to finish. Excellent beachfront spot...about 30 steps away from a sandy beach, blue waters and great sunsets. We really enjoyed the plunge pool and well manicured grounds. Well furnished and a nicely equipped kitchen. The welcome and cleaning staff are friendly and accommodating. Easy walkable access to several restaurants, grocery stores and dive shops. Access to a clothes washing machine was very useful.

The property itself is the biggest draw, located on the slope of a hill and directly facing West leading to sighting some absolutely glorious sunsets. The villa was large, luxurious and spacious and had all the necessary amenities and a nice infinity pool. In my case we took the whole villa (ground and first floor). Very nice breakfast (paid separately for a reasonable 100 rupees per person) serviced by extremely polite and helpful staff from Sri Lanka. I have to extend my gratitude to Anton who was especially helpful. The villas are located in a small tropical garden which makes you feeling separated from Beau Vallon noises.
