The service was great and we felt very welcome. We had to delay our stay by one day and the manager took care of us with a refund which I did not expect. Upon arrival we were greeted by who I believe was the manager. Our villa was also upgraded to a two bedroom which was a nice surprise. We were always greeted with a smile. Communicating with the staff was quite easy as well and we had no problems asking for help with anything. We were contacted early prior to our trip and they offered to help us with everything including the Thailand Pass process, shuttle, and renting a motorbike. The internet is super fast and impressed me a lot. The pool was very clean and the showers were one of our favorite things. The air conditioning is very strong and there are also huge ceiling fans so you will not overheat.

The private pool was a bonus and we liked that the doors out to the terrace and pool area had high chain locks on them so that young children were not able to access the outdoors unattended. There was plenty of towels and toiletries and housekeeping came once a week. It’s close by to a 7/11 shop so we could get supplies. It is easy enough for grab taxis to come and pick you up.
