The house is as per the pictures!! The place was very cosy, welcoming and very suitable for big groups to gather and live together! Kitchen was fully furnished so we could all eat all the good food from around Bangkok in the dining area. Short walk to National Stadium BTS and taxi or tuk tuk can use the Jim Thompson House as a landmark. Bed and pillow were fluffy, rooms and toilet were super clean and all amenities were fully stocked. Mod was extremely helpful and showed us around the house and help us settled in. Service from Tuk was great and she was always there when we needed her! Overall, we had a wonderful time because the homely house gave us an opportunity to relax and be together.

    MIQ are in the heart of Asoke, the pool is the best things of this house. Even it’s not a private pool but not any guests stay while we live here. this clean 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house exceeded our expectations. The host team was exceptionally polite and always cooperative, ensuring a seamless stay. A tips was the option to grab in delicious croissants and coffee every morning within the cluster. With its comfortable accommodation for our family of 12 and a refreshing pool, this retreat comes highly recommended.

    Where do I start? The location, right on the river overlooking Wat Arun. The privacy, there are apparently 6 villas on the grounds - but we barely saw anyone else, we had private breakfast on the deck in the morning, the pool all to ourselves in the afternoon, watched the sun go down over the river on our own. The staff were friendly & treat us like royalty. They have the biggest catfish I’ve ever seen! It was the most expensive place we stayed in our 3 week trip - it was worth every penny!

    We had an amazing stay at SHAN villas! We are a group of 9 and we stayed at the villa. All staff were welcoming, friendly, accommodating and they all speak great English. Facilities were great, rooms were sparkling clean. Everything is as perfect as the photos. Would definitely come again.

    A splendid luxurious experience in the middle of a bustling Bangkok street. The concierge are absolutely exceptional in their service. Breakfasts to die for. The view from the 31st floor was beautiful. Comfy beds and wonderful showers always has us looking forward to our return at the end of the day. An amazing retreat. And will definitely go here again next time.

    It was kind of a funky hotel in my opinion, once I was able to find it. But if you have Google Maps, type in Marwin Villas and I think it was about a 10 min walk from the Ratchathewi BTS Station. Wifi was easy to connect to

    All the staff are very friendly and accomodating, we started our stay here for the first part of our trip before travelling to other parts of Thailand across a mix of resorts, private villas and hotels. Sivatel was one of our top 3 stays and if we visit Bangkok in the future we would come back. The rooms are clean and spacious and overall facilities are well maintained.

    Shan villas are exceptionally nice. Clean, well staffed, staff is extremely nice, courteous and helpful. Complete with parking staff Location is great! , tucked away at the end of a soi away from the noise. Rooms are cosy and decor is great. Missed the breakfast on the rooftop as we slept so well we slept past the breakfast time lol. But will return to do again!
